Infanticide in New York

Meet the 21st century pharaoh.  He lives in New York.  He is Governor Andrew M. Cuomo.  The pharaohs of Egypt wore the snake on their headdress.  Andrew Cuomo has it tucked away in his heart.

Around the time of Moses' birth, "Pharaoh gave this order to all his people: "Every boy that is born you must throw into the Nile…(Exodus 1:22).  Little Hebrew boys were unwanted and inconvenient, a threat to those in power. So the babies must be tossed.  On Tuesday, January 29th, Governor Cuomo and his allies gave their order: Every mother may kill her baby up until birth if she feels like it. So little baby boys and girls will be murdered because they are unwanted, inconvenient or makes the mother feel bad. Women have been empowered and helpless babies will be tossed.

It's hard to explain what the difference is between killing a baby one minute before his/her natural birth and one minute after.  Does one minute really make the difference between being a person and not being a person?  Both seem like infanticide to me.

A few years ago this would have been considered an absurd debate.  The pro-choice advocates used to say that it wasn't a baby, rather it was a fetal tissue.  In this way they dehumanized a fetus.  At least in those days to say that we would kill a baby was off limits by both sides --- pro-life and pro-choice.  But how did we get to this point where it no longer matters what it is?

In my view, it's a new American idol - the goddess of radical women's rights.  This goddess exalts womanhood and their rights above all other people and things.  Their greatest prophets work for NOW, Planned Parenthood, and other radical groups.  Remember "Believe all women" during the Kavanaugh hearings?  Many of us asked "Why?" The answer:  "Because we are women", as if women were incapable of lying.  Women rights have become absolute. So if she wants to get ahead in the corporate or political world and becomes pregnant, that baby might just get in the way of her ambitions.  So she must be able to terminate its life.  Her aspirations are more valuable than the baby's life.

In the Hebrew Bible the god Moloch demanded the sacrifice of innocent children in order to be happy.  The new goddess seems to also need some innocent blood in order to be happy.  And in New York, she has been given her throne.
